Perry Cicalis
Perry Cicalis began his career over 30 years ago, earning a BS in plastics engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. After graduation, Perry moved to New Jersey to work for 3M as a process engineer, which helped set him on his entrepreneurial career path. This eventually led Perry and his brother, John, to co-found Argos Corporation in 1997 with a primary focus on custom extrusion. Throughout his career, Perry has assumed the role of process and development with emphasis on company operations. Perry continues today directing business operations as well as leading production and development here at Argos. His experience has been gained through numerous business and technical undertakings, including acquisition, business planning, customer partnering, fiber optic cabling, composite pipe, injection molding and medical tubing manufacturing. His knowledge and expertise also expands to patent creation and development. Perry loves to spend time with his wife and 3 grown children. He also enjoys boating, snowmobiling, and keeping an active lifestyle.
